The session
A session covers one outing on one property. Start it when you arrive, close it when you leave.
Boundary alerts & markers
The app alerts you as you near the property line. Set markers for dwellings, stock, gates and hazards to get a warning near each one.
Gun · ammo · scope
Set up each gun, ammo and scope combination once. Each keeps its own zero and DOPE, and the solver uses the one you're carrying.
The shot log
The app records each shot with its position and the conditions at the time.
Range mode
Zero a combination and true the solver at known distances.
The truing loop
Logged shots feed back into the ballistics model and correct it session by session.
Re-trace SOS
Re-trace guides you back along your session track. It works without signal.
Offline is the default
Download maps at home. In the field the app works with the radio off.
Night mode
Deep red preserves dark adaptation. Try it with the night vision button in the header.
The app can't be sold.
FOXYGUN retrieves government land maps. The cadastre licence rules out commercial use, so the app is free. The merch is the only thing for sale here.
